These homeowners tastefully chose to have custom cabinetry, matching pantry, granite countertops, new back splash, new light fixtures, faucet, and stainless steel appliances. Having white cabinets and a color coordinated granite makes this kitchen light and airy.

Kitchen was small, plain and lacked seating.

AFTER: total transformation
Kitchen was totally gutted down to the studs. Window was replaced with a larger one that is more energy efficient. A side door was installed that leads onto the outside patio. A brand new layout made this kitchen more functional and created two separate eating areas, as well as adding to the open floor plan. Brand new custom cabinetry, granite countertops, tiled backsplash, real wood floors, new sink, faucet and stainless steel appliances were installed.

Sliding glass door was replaced by a custom seating area (banquette seating) and bay window. The wood ceiling had to be sand blasted and repainted. Additional lighting was installed to brighten up the space.
Two different types/color of custom cabinetry keeps the kitchen light and airy. The mother-of-pearl tiled backsplash compliments the granite countertops.

The homeowner wanted to start with a blank canvas. Everything was ripped out and electrical had to be re-worked with new LED lighting. The island and cabinets were custom built. The backsplash compliments the granite and marble island countertop. All new stainless steel appliances were added and limestone flooring ties everything together leaving the homeowner with a masterpiece!

The custom cabinetry, granite countertops, granite backsplash, stainless steel appliances and the travertine tiled flooring brought this kitchen into the 21st Century.
